I actually think Darkoth takes this. He held his own against the Thing and even fought Thor for a bit. I'm not sure though. Would be a good fight between the three of them.

He's at least CL85 strength wise, great durability, he has those "fire horns" for ranged damage AND he can turn intangible.

darkoth for sure. no one even touches him if he doesn't want them to.

Is that the comic with Spiderman in it Guy? Its been a long time since I read that, but I had the feeling that the Hulk was never in any doubt and would have leveled Woodgod if Spiderman wouldnt have kept interfering. I might be way off base. Like I said, its been a long time.
