Still kinda miffed about the Disney and Netflix thing. Guessing they did it to cut costs in favor of their own service program, but I haven't heard anything yet about taking the Marvel Netflix shows being taken off. Just the Disney animated and MCU films and such. Still, that's some real bullshit, but it's Disney, so...

The sequel should have happened years and years ago, Urban was great as Dredd.

Was also hoping a Netflix series going to be made, as they flirted with that.

Yeah, it's a guilty pleasure. Tbh, what's not to like, apart from Eastwood who Dredd is modelled on, who does monosyllabic better?

For me Slaine, Mach 1. Rogue Trooper, Flesh and Strontium Dog were the best 2000AD stories.

It's O.K. I know people who talk like that. It is an old fashioned London accent, not unlike my own. Although mine is more like Michael Caines.
