Pui Pui VS Mecha Frieza

Hm, we never got Pui Pui's kili rating, but he was well behind Yakon (800), and 300 is enough to destroy a planet, so Frieza is definitely well above 300.

And... I'm not sure if Vegeta's base form by the Buu saga was above Frieza's level or not, but even if it is, probably not too massively, yet it was entirely casual for base-form Vegeta to overcome Pui Pui.

So, yes, Mecha Frieza is stronger than Pui Pui.

Freeza. The other guy has no feats to speak of.

In the latest DBZ movie it was stated that the suppressed base Saiyans can't beat Freeza. A suppressed Vegeta raped the fvck out of Pui Pui. it's a stomp.

Mini saga. He was in a movie then came back right after the Frieza saga while they were waiting for Goku to come back. It was like 10-15 or so episodes iirc
