You know I just realized the thread doesn't ask who would win in a fight, but who's the better Kryptonian, in which case it would be H'el, as he was trying to restore Krypton at least while Prime didn't give a damn about it.

H'el's durability seems to be higher than Prime's.

And he's smarter.

And he has more abilities at his disposal.
