You got chakra right, actually 🙂 'Kai' is normally 'ki' or 'chi' though.

Anyway, none is inherently stronger than the other, what matters is the amount.

X amount of magic is as strong as X amount of chakra is as strong as X amount of ki.

In some universes it's easier to make one or the other, though, and some forms may be more flexible in what they can do than others.
