No prep time but he starts in his jet since Future Orihime is apparently taller than buildings.

Does Orihime still have healing powers and whatever her fairy things are?

(I am aware she drew this before receiving those powers, it's just been forever since I stopped actively reading Bleach.)

Her hairpins are there. I see no reason why she wouldn't have them.
