Superior Spider-Man vs. Symbiote Spider-Man

Otto as Spidey

Vs

Parker w/ Symbiote

Fight in Times Square, NYC

Who wins?

Basically Pete vs SpOck.
Going with Pete. Same stats but Pete's got superior will (or "heart" whatever). Besides Ock lost access to Parker's MA skills when he erased his memories.

Ock imho
