Relatively weak. I mean they're basically human bodied and the greatest spells are a glorified gun (given what it's killed), pain spell, limited control spell, and other spells that absolutely max at wall+ level.
LoZ at least has the benefit of having superhumans. And the magical resistance and hax really help.

Harry Potter Universe is filled with cowards. And their reflexes are the same as normal people. THey would all shit themselves and go into hiding if Gannondorf took over Britain.

Link fights several Darknuts(who attack and block superhuman speed when their armour has depleted) and Chilfos who are quite fast too. That's Twilight Princess, as well as being generally a super quick swordsman.
He isn't super quick. He is skilled but any common cur can block his attacks.

Do you refer to video canon where, he is hit from behind prior to triforce activation? Or perhaps when he was TK'd by Zant. I think you'll see neither of those qualify for an anti speed feat.
Skyward Sword, he must fight Lizalfos who are stated in canon cut scene by FI, to have physical prowess that is far greater normal humans.
