hiei vs teen gohan

fight 1:
this is the version of gohan when he knows ssj2 but he is still teen
eos, or the strongest version of hiei
flight allowed
ssj1 and 2, jagan eye (even tho he only used it once) are allowed

fight 2:
same version of gohan as above
eos, or the strongest version of hiei
no flight allowed
jagan eye still is allowed
NO super saiyan though

FOR BOTH:
all energy blasts, including dotdf, kamehameha,
if you want you can include less used abilities like masenkoha, and dragon sword
also no oozaroo

cell's arena
bloodlust

Probably Hiei. He's got the Dragon of the Darkness Flame, not to mention his sword. And while Gohan has his Kamehameha Wave, Hiei would probably be too quick to get hit with it.
