Well he can shapeshift into basically anything, keep up with Silver Surfer in space, regenerate from complete destruction of his body, create matter from nowhere, etc. I'm not sure how good he is vs. telepathy, though.

He was able to copy Mjolnir and Iron Man's weapons, and Klaw's sonic powers I think.

He was also going to die by a random space ship if surfer hadn't saved him.

probably his best feat came in excalibur issues where he populated an alternate earth endangering the whole omniverse, until galactus came and destroyed everything:

klaw one-shotted IM in fantastic four #186, though IM then defeated him quite handily in the next issue. 10 issues prior to that, he broke the fourth wall by interfering with the marvel staff and meeting stan lee (this is even stated in the handbook)

another impressive display of power was in the superman/silver surfer crossover (which is canon seeing how it was referenced in his bio), in which he stalemated mxy, though seeing how you're a huge superman fan im sure you've read that.

it really depends how he's written.
