In Blade 1, Frost was a bullet timer before he became La Magra. And as La Magra he and Blade had a sword clash that was nothing but blurs and sparks.

Point blank catching of a bullet? Spectre wasn't super far away, but she wasn't point blank. And she gave him plenty of time to judge where the bullet would go. She held the gun out and talked at him for like 10 seconds.
