Doom at his most powerful was Beyonder-Doom.

And at the time, Beyonder was billions of orders of magnitude more powerful than the then entire Marvel U LT etc included.

He also existed in a realm billions of orders of magnitude greater than the entire Marvel U. Outside of Marvel U ... So, pretty much unbeatable. Hence spite.

Doom, and he doesn't even need to be at his best to beat this lot.
