Vixen vs Superior Spiderman

So she will have Superior Spiderman's strength, agility etc, then can stack a rhino beetle's durability on top etc.

As she copies powers, she also drains them. As the fight goes on, she will be weakening SpOck.

Didnt know about that. Makes it a bit unfair to Ock. Pete would still have his Way of the Spider training that'd help but Ock lost Pete's skills along with his memories. One thing he has over Parker is his deadly equipment that hed use without hesitation.

Yeah, she can copy abilities. During one instance, she copied Jay super speed and kept up with him. Doesn't mean she is as experienced with the powers though. She tried to copy Amazo powers at one point when he had the powers of the entire JLA but he took her out before she succeeded.

AlsoPete was specifically trained by Shang to handle opponents with spider powers. Ock MIGHT potentially access his memories.

Shang beat Lord Barton, you know what that means? He can easily replace TOAA in Marvel Cosmic Hierarchy now.

Spider-Man did it before Bendis' Spirit possessed Clint.

True. Bendis clint took on Mr. Negative who manhandled SM, Shang and Anti-Venom. F$&k logic.

Just recently, he took down Karnak who was soloing Avengers like it was his regular job.

That's why I think Spiderman would win. From the onset, he would have to go all out and knock her out fast. Spider Ock doesn't care and I can see him doing this.

She copies...and DRAINS.

Not like Parasite, but if they both start at the same base level, and she stacks animal powers on top, and SpOck gets drained...I mean, she even did it to Superman.

He doesn't blitz from the get go does he, with a new character he doesn't know about?

How is she winning though.? Her having his abilities doesn't give her an auto win.

By being at LEAST as strong as him, but, more likely, stronger, when she stacks strengths. So, stronger.

By being at LEAST faster than him, but more likely, faster, when she stacks speeds. So, faster.

By having an insane HF (when she borrows regen abilities from animals).

By having the ability of flight etc etc.

She doesn't JUST have SpOck's abilities. She has them....and then a lot more.

Whilst this is going on, SpOck is gradually losing his own abilities.
