I have that comic and Spock lost, the Vulcan nerve pinch failed, that panel makes it look like it worked but it didn't do much to wolverine

Marvel's sub-contracting the comic side from Lucasfilm. That doesn't mean SW Characters now belong to Marvel. And it certainly doesn't make Marvel Studios and Lucasfilm one and the same.
