That would be a great idea. BvS and Star Wars 7 on the same screen is too much magic. BvS can spread the word of its existence to a shit ton of ppl also. Win win win and some more wins

No, marvel has pretty much the monopoly on hero vs hero as of now. Civil War is a natural progression of Marvel's hero vs hero themes in earlier movies, so if anything BvS will seem like it was inspired by Marvel. General Audience knows nothing about the Dark Knight comics.

Star Wars is a Disney property, not a marvel property. Marvel can publish Star Wars comics because synergy under the Disney umbrella. Case in point, marvel studios has no involvement whatsoever in the producing of Star Wars movies.
