😂Btw, dialogue from the tv spots seem to be different than from the trailer - anyone can enlighten me which is the correct version? 😂 Hate it when they do confusing stuff like that.
Are you talking about when Bruce says something like, "Don't always believe what you read, son."?
The Flash movie moves forward to March 16th, 2018.
An "event" film has also been added to March.

Someone posted a breakdown on the new trailer. Take it with a grain of salt...
I posted this earlier. As my name suggests; I work in around theaters; earlier today I downloaded the newest trailer from the Deluxe Cinema Digital Content sat-link and watched the trailer. It starts with Alfred controlling the Bat-Plane and dropping Batman off into a fight with a dozen or so guys. (Really cool scene)
Lots of shots from previous trailers.
Bruce telling Diana "I've known a few women like you." Diana, "You've never known a woman like me." Shot of WW flying.
It ends with Superman flying armored Batman around and then trying to punch him & Batman catching Superman's arm.
Overall better than the last one.
Images and text for the Metropolis and Gotham handbooks. Pretty cool.

The Statue apparently caused alot of controversy. With the population divided, some blamed him for not doing more.
The Superman statue stands at "Heroes Park"
The park was created so we'd be able to mourn the ones lost and praise the heroes that were born
The DCEU is happening at the same time as our timeline. The invasion occurred in 2013 and BvS in 2016.
The Lexcorp building that was destroyed in Man of Steel was not fully, Lex intended to make it even bigger.
Can't believe people are excited for ****ing X-Men... 🙁

Yes. It deserves no praise at all.Copying Ellis' story would've been a simple task and resulted in a great movie. Same with Claremont's Wolverine mini-series...
Let's take a look at GoT, for example. HBO doesn't dare changing too much from Martin's books and that's why the show is so successful.
TBH, I used to be a big advocate of ripping stuff straight from the comics, but I think there are a lot of pitfalls when it comes to doing such a thing. I'm not gonna say Extremis would have been worse than it ended up being, but lately I've felt more like "as long as you get the core of the character down, the movie should be good and you can use whatever story you like".
Them making a mess of extremis (and the Mandarin) does make me like the movie a little less, but I still think that because I didn't read the storyline itself, the Extremis thing is more forgiveable to me. Of course, If I go and read it, well... Yeah, I'm bound to get even more annoyed.
Really hope Marvel gets less hit and miss as things go on, all things considered. Feels like for every Winter Soldier there's a Thor 2, and for every Avengers there's an Iron Man 3.
Still cautiously optimistic about this one though. Like I said before, I think MoS gets way more flak than it deserves, but Superman is a polarising figure like that. Not saying that people that dislike the movie solely do it because they hate Superman, just that some do.
I do think, though, that Affleck is gonna knock it out of the park.

Movie Extremis wasn't Extremis at all, they just used the name to attract the fans. Similar with World War Z, I heard... a very popular zombie book somehow transformed into yet another awful movie with Brad Pitt.
Yeah, I hope MCU gets less hit and miss, too. I liked Thor 2, actually. Granted, it was nowhere close to TWS, but I enjoyed it.
Yeah there was nothing Extremis about Movie Extremis.
DOFP was good, but people forget Mathew Vaughn did a lot of work on that movie. First Class was my top X-Men movie, and that was directed by Vaughn.
I think Singer should have taken his goodwill from DOFP and moved on. I'm fearful of the consequences of him staying on board.

Granted I've only skimmed through the book at the book shop & not read it entirely but it would've been a hard novel to translate into a movie.
Much less get the big production funding that the movie got.
The book was excerpts of different people's experiences to the outbreak. Each excerpt literally ending with the "and then the zombies came" scenario.
The movie just simply translated the "bigger picture" of the novel as there's really no one main central character that a movie needs to focus on.

I liked DOFP (to a point, it definitely had its faults), but I'm guessing it was because, like First Class, it had more to do with Vaughn and the direction he and those who wrote the film chose. Singer, iirc, came in very late, and wasn't as involved with structuring the movie as he will be with this one. Seeing Bryan Singer near anything I like just kills me a little inside.
That, and X-Men is always going to be the one franchise I'm more critical of than others.
I actually liked a lot about Thor 2 as in, I found it enjoyable enough, but I could just watch it and see so much more they could have done with it. On a practical level in terms of writing etc, I just think it's weaker than a lot of the Marvel movies, including the first Thor which I thought was REALLY good.
I did really like a lot of the visuals though.
WWZ just wasn't a very good zombie movie, imo. I don't know how they would have translated the book, but it still had some weird issues in production.
