Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Meh. I'll believe it when I see it.

Anyway, glad that the early reactions have been so positive.

Thesun just broke the embargo.

The intensity of the insanely long film is achieved with special effects, plot twists, geeky references and the volume being turned up to eleven from start to finish._

While die-hard DC Comic devotees might be punching the air as the Justice League are teasingly introduced, the average film fan may be left scratching their head._

Overall Zac Snyder's Batman v Superman blockbuster is an emotionally charged punch-up —[b] but it's_newcomer Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman who really steals the show._

Other than the fans in the Big Apple's Radio City theatre, she's the ONLY one of the legendary heroes who seems to get a kick out of the violence.

And this was a nice statement.

I honestly don't think, as a comic fan, we're going to get another film like this in our lifetime. #BatmanvSuperman

I'm gonna wait till probably a week or so after release. That'll give me time to watch Daredevil a few more times 😮‍💨

But more importantly significantly less crowded theaters.

3?

4 for me. It's out Friday here, so I'm seeing it Friday night. I guess there's Midnight screenings though for the night before.

This comment:

is why I don't think JL will make much more than BvS. But I still think BvS will make tons anyway, so WB won't cry over JL doing about the same.

That's the funny thing here.
Every major release gets premiered on a Thursday, yet if I wait til the following Monday, I'm always guaranteed the cinema will be half full.
Happened with the last 2 Avengers' movies & The Force Awakens.

My review will come Thursday night so quanophytes be patient. I won't lead you astray.

- Wonder Woman is awesome._
- For those who dislike Man of Steel, BvS is so much better. Snyder learns from his mistakes.#BVSPremiere

And all your silly little quotes won't matter once we all see it, fanboy.

Quan this movie is getting great reviews.

You promised to give this a fair review.

Oh I will. I also don't trust reviews until I see the film myself. I'll know Thursday.

To be fair, the only real reviews it has received is from EW and Thesun. Both gave it a positive review. The others are just fan reactions and press junkets. MOS still had similar positive buzz, but still ended up a below than average score on RT.

Lets hope for Dc's sake this isn't like Man of Steel at all.

Fan and audience reactions are the ones that matter IMO. Critics have their own preferences. Like you already said, they don't like Snyder.

Heh, this is awesome. Apparently the guy with cancer did see BVS.

Nice. Like reading positive stories like this, even if they're also sad.

Good job, WB 👆

BVS exploded to today on MT. It's at a 40%.

FIRST actual press review from Mexico. It's extremely positive.

He has 29 years experience in this 'business'.

The movie made him dream, laugh, shake, etc.

He says it's 'THE BEST SUPERHERO MOVIE DONE SO FAR'.

He says it's 'INFINITELY SUPERIOR TO' TFA.

He says the cast is AMAZING.

Not that I care about reviews but putting this out there for those who are so dependent on it. Are you convinced now?

It seems we have a winner here guys.

And if Grace says its good, IT IS GOOD.

I've also read on Twitter that an Argentine critic also deems it the best SH movie ever.

Are we still worried?!?!?!!? I'm not.

At this point, I'm starting to believe you really work for DC 😛

Also, thought at first it was a comparison to The First Avenger... but he obviously meant Star Wars. Can't be "infinitely superior" to SW, sorry.

^ Urm Yes it could be superior to The Force Awakens. In fact I'm expecting it to be.

At this point I'm more curious to see if it could be as good as Avengers1. But that would probably be pushing my expectations.
