I was referring more to the "worry lines" above his nose.

they're "anger lines" and it's difficult to find a picture of Batman w/o them.

No, Brucey. While I normally have mixed feelings about ass-chins, here it fits perfectly.

Proof that the Aflleck ass-chin works here:

Have you seen the two part animated TDKR movie? If not, GET ON IT NOW.

affleck is gonna be a badass batman.. bet on it.. haters gonna hate..

Yeah. Haters will hate. I think he will definitely do a better Batman. Bale's Batman was lame, dull and sounded way too ridiculous. As for Bruce, well who knows, but I think Ben can do that very nicely.

My nephew is one of the full on haters. He hates the small bat ears. And I'm like...just fkn get over it.

"Haters will hate" and then you proceed to hate on Bale. Come on, Zacky.

Roundhouse your nephew in the back of the face for me. Thanks.

Jim Lee gave Batman small bat ears, and to a lot of people his is the iconic image of the character.

but yeah, Bale wasn't THAT bad.

LoL. I didn't hate on Bale. I just feel that way about his Batman. I really liked his Bruce Wayne though.

I have, it was damn good...

Bale is the BEST live action BATMAN we have seen... Better than Keaton, Kilmer and waaaaaay better then Clooney..

Affleck who cannot act has a lot to prove, hopefully he can pull off such a great and iconic role

I prefer Keaton personally, at least in the costume.

Affleck can and has acted, quite well at times too imo.

👆

Keaton for best Bat in suit. Bale for best Bruce Wayne. That's how I see it. I don't know why but Keaton's Batman was really intimidating, and he did not need to say shit. He just looked at you and you'd shit your pants with his gaze.

to each his own i guess..

has affleck won an oscar for acting??? 😛

No, but neither have plenty of other people.

I've seen Affleck be good in movies. Sure, "good" is relative, but saying he can't act at all is pretty harsh.

Christian Bale was actually really great as Batman. I barely noticed the "ridiculousness" of his voice when I first saw him in theaters.

I couldn't keep my mind off of it. His voice was a distraction that I had a hard time ignoring.
