No, that isn't correct at all. Ironman 3 stunk. I don't blindly love anything marvel puts out. I also thought the first captain America was very bad. Opinions vary and quit crying about them.
Well you're providing the proof here. While I've stated that there's a a groupthink in regards to Marvel, I didn't actually say what the groupthink was about. I never claimed you would instantly like every movie they put out. What makes a fanboy a fanboy is the total trashing of its rival.
Marvel deserves all the praise they get. I never said they didn't. What I did claim is that Man of Steel statistically is just as enjoyable as any of the solo movies bar Iron Man. Yet it gets the most shit because of the **** DC sentiment. Of course it's not entirely undeserved but DC is clearly looking to improve upon its disasters but they've done enough good that the complete fanboy brigade against DC is ridiculous. And I'm not singling you out, I have seen a lot worse even IRL.
Crying that marvel brainwashed people is more or less crying because dc is making stupid moves and trying to play catchup to marvel who let the cinematic world know this can be done.🙂
Exactly the point. While I never claimed of a "brainwash" Marvel does have several narratives attributed to them that let's them get away with their mistakes by the media. Their hype will forever have an edge over DC. DC will be scrutinized ad nausem for even the littlest of reasons. Such as having Wonder Woman "too skinny" when she looks perfectly fine in the only showcase of her. Or whining about Ben Affleck.
That's why Marvel is winning. It's about their image and the respect shit image of DC.
