Is it over?

I'm actually impressed at how you, Quan, debate when actually posting evidence and without going all Ad Hominem on people.BZ's a good read but it seemed to quickly start repeating itself, like by the 2nd turn.
Yeah, all debates usually start repeating the arguments very quickly. That's the thing which is unavoidable. It's going to happen but you don't want. Battlezone with 30 or so long winded responses as you know the judges will start skimming. Most likely in that scenario they might miss a major point amidst the wall of texts.
I will post my closing remarks but for the most part I am done with the cross examination. We have discussed everything thoroughly.
Before every battlezone I have done my haters always say I am going to get crushed. I feed off that.
This matchup has always come down to one issue. Can you guess what that is ?

Ganondorf's durability or lack of?
My first battlezone I actually had a judge admit afterwards my argument did not matter. He said no matter what I said he was going with his opinion on the matter. A judge has to put his opinion aside and decide entirely on the arguments presented within.

I try to remain objective, but it would help if you could find something that could hurt ganondorf that wasn't magic.
"Ganondorf resists magic, and Russell isn't magic." I'm not going to point out why this doesn't hold up to prevent swaying the judges. shrug I will however point out that this completely opposes his stance on Voldemort v.s. Ganondorf. 131
Originally posted by NotAllThatEvilI can only cite the game. It's obvious weapons made of energy are not as effective as physicals swords with magical properties. The Executioner's sword nor do Link's wolf teeth possess some kind of magical properties.

Vampires are described as magical in nature in some areas as well but that doesn't mean every attack they have is magical just like Link's wolf teeth.
In the instance of Zelda it is heavily influenced by magic.
Originally posted by ScreamPasteHe resists magical energy weapons really well just not specific magic such as dispelling it or being banished. If Voldemort could create a gigantic energy axe that wouldn't be effective against Ganondorf as opposed to specific magic which on two separate occasions in the game has worked against him.
Agreed. If I'm reading this right Quan's argument on the subject is, to paraphrase:"Ganondorf resists magic, and Russell isn't magic." I'm not going to point out why this doesn't hold up to prevent swaying the judges. shrug I will however point out that this completely opposes his stance on Voldemort v.s. Ganondorf. 131
That works. My argument has not changed in either instance. Nor does it oppose either argument.

Guess the size of the first posts means nearly everything is covered by the response. Personally I'm not sure who will win out of you two, even if believing that Ganondorf himself would win. I can see several places where a judge could be swayed to either side, not just the durability part.
Originally posted by XanatosForeverI just want to make sure he won't try a last minute new evidence type of thing. I am not sure. I pmed him. Ill post my final argument soon.
That really seems like the kind of thing you should have established before starting to me. Are you two even in the same time zones?
