Tough, but Id still say Slade. Fisk is stronger. Slade is faster, smarter, more skilled, and has a healing factor to help along with his durability. I would say that fisk shouldn't even be able to touch Slade, but somehow he gets his hands on Spider-Man every once in a while....weird.
