Jet Li was clearly jobbing like a little bytch. It doesn't count.

Roger has a lot of willpower I think after a major brawl Roger will just want it more.

He let Hoyt live after knocking him out. His mercy (or rather his rush to get the Russians their money) was his weakness. He dominated Hoyt in the initial fight.

I would assume Roger would be stronger tougher and a more experienced fighter. He withstood being beaten while tied up and kept going.
