Rank em (Bad Guys)

So in honor of the recent rank em threads I am curious to see what the general consensus is in regards to the bad guys. So rank the following from most powerful/strongest to the least.

Thanos
Darkseid
Doomsday
Mongul Jr
Voidtry
SBP
Zoom
Ultron
Annihilus
General Zod
Cyborg Superman
Black Adam
Dr. Doom
Loki
Mr. Sinister
Dracula
Apocalypse
Magneto
Bizaro
Kang
Lobo
Sinestro
Terrax
Absorbing Man
Juggernaut (Classic)
Vulcan

Dracula, Doom, Magneto ... they're not bad guys.

LOBO has killed more beings them even Thanos. DCU is just lucky LOBO aint all that ambitious.

Thanos
Dr. Doom
Zoom
Voidtry
Darkseid
SBP
Doomsday
Kang
extant
Ultra HUmanite
Ultron
Lobo
Loki
Cyborg Superman
Sinestro
General Zod
Mongul Jr
Black Adam (seriosly Overrated IMO because of WWIII that was so much PIS compared to other showings)
Bizaro( guy's an idiot)
Juggernaut (Classic)( if he acted smart he'd be a LOT higher)
Absorbing Man ( guy's an idiot)

Left out the ones I wasn't sure about, and those i didn't consider villains. It's obvious I'd say I rate brains for bad guys over pure power. Plot works more in the favor of stupid heroes than it does stupid villains.

When there's a list with more than 8-10 characters, I don't even bother reading it, and I assume that goes for most posters on the forum.
