This should be a match to see which character can be more ridiculous. I mean, no matter what silly dumb shit Hal could manifest with his shiny little special ring, no one ever expects some black silver dude surfing around the universe.

IF the silver surfer Is bound to earths atmosphere from Galactus, The Green Lantern can just hit him from space, knowing surfers power is cosmic in origin he envelops surfer in bubble shielding him from cosmic rays then crushes him. Done
