Q vs Bruce Almighty

Q is concerned that such power has been granted to Jim Carrey. He could easily make a mistake and wipe out entire timelines by accident. Not wanting to risk Picard from ever existing, Q confronts Bruce and a battle ensues. The real God will not intervene.

Who wins?

Never seen Bruce Almighty but isn't he solely earth based? Q was an inter galactic force.

Bruce was wiping out entire star systems (and creating them) and telekinetically moved the entire moon closer to Earth just to make the sky look romantic. The Q were powerful, but they seemed to be limited to the physical universe.

Wait, does Bruce get the limits God gave him, or can he go all out?

Bruce may have the power of God, but he is still an amateur with his powers and has no imagination.

Q is vastly more experienced and more cunning and imaginative.

I say Q.

Q may be more intelligent, but it's questionable whether he can compete with Bruce's raw power output. PIS/CIS off, I'd give it to Bruce.

Bruce was poking at stars and snuffing them out and could hear the simultaneous thoughts/prayers of every being on the planet at once.

There's no reason to think Bruce couldn't do that and more, since Morgan Freeman God gave him all his powers. The only limits were that he couldn't tell anyone he was God, and he couldn't try and alter free will.

There's no reason to think that pulling the moon a few miles closer an blowing up a couple of stars is commendable feat either in this thread.

Hell, the Q civil war from another dimension was causing that kind of damage as indirect side-effects.

Bruce didn't demonstrate either the knowledge or the finesse to be able to contruct planes of existences either. Which means there is absolutely every reason to question Bruce's capability of replicating this feat.

Also, as evidenced by Amanda Rogers date night with Commander Riker, the Q are capable of tampering with free will. Mind you, Amanda was still a noob when she was doing all that stuff, which means that Q is easily capable of everything which she did and more.

Bruce should have the power to at least stalemate Q, but he lacks the feats for me to back it up.

Creating a pussy ass parallel "dimension" is not equal to destroying stars with the same effort someone puts toward typing on a keyboard. Less, even.
