Thor is irrelevant here, the question essentially boils down to "Is Sentry more powerful than the PG".
You could train Spiderman to use the PG and then he'd be as problematic for Sentry as Thor with the PG would be.
A better question to ask, how would Thor do (how many minutes would he survive) against an ALL OUT Sentry, if he wasn't being shielded by the Power Gem?
It's obvious he'd lose to Sentry, but the epic beat down that he'd receive would be similar in quality to the one PF Emma gave him, imo.

If Sentry was operating on the same level of physicality as WWH then I say he wins at least a slight majority. I just believe WWH is above Thor with PG simply because Thor wasn't using the gem to it's potential (at most he got out of it was doubled strength IMO).

However, even IF you believe Sentry is stronger than PG Thor, he [Sentry] really has no way to put Thor down for any length of time-- the PG makes Thor invulnerable in a very literal sense. Tack on the fact that the PG will also be continuously increasing Thor's level of strength in accordance with his rage, and it's hard to imagine Sentry retaining any sort of advantage for very long(assuming he even had an advantage to begin with, of course.)
