Doubtful. While his flight speed may not be overly great his combat speed is pretty uber. Things like "after image" require a great deal of speed iirc. Plus he can IT anywhere leaving Stark completely at his mercy. He also has plenty of attacks to surprise Stark with

Iron Man usually has some sort of prep when he faces those big guns you mentioned, and usually things don't work out in his favor in the long run, while Thor,Sentry, etc, etc could take Goku too, they are much more out of IM's general league (Like the time when Thor basically waded through everything that Iron Man threw at him and ended up peeling his face mask off like he was opening a can of tuna.)

No offense but your tiers seem all over the place xD, Naruto and Bleach are below DBZ in the power totem, while Marvel and DC high tiers are usually vastly above DBZ characters. Like for example, Thanos sadly would beat Goku black and blue but no shame seeing how the mad Titan survived a black freaking hole which is an incredible feat (One of many he has under his belt.) and has smacked around other high tiers as if they were nothing.
