The problem with eating is it stops you drinking as much, if the food can be kept to snack proportions then the drinking doesn't slow down. I've ruined a couple of all day sessions by having too bigger meal.
A rookie mistake. 🙄

Agreed, a good stodgy meal before leaving the house and then only snacks whilst out.
We should write a book Finti, "The do's and don'ts of heavy drinking", we've certainly put in enough research hours. 😄
