That was discussed in another thread... We should really wait until we get more info on that feat before we assume it's a standard level of power for Pandora in a vs. thread. To date, she certainly doesn't appear to be capable of whimsically altering reality to her whim.
Agreed. She really hasn't had any reason to alter reality again, though and from the interviews, Fawkes has stated that she's an insanely powerful character.

PS nearly destroyed creation (which is an omniverse) in his fight with spectre, didn't he?

Seeing as Pandroa (W/ help of Barry) altered reality on a multiversal scale
more than on a multiversal scale. what she merged was DC, vertigo and wildstorm, each of those are separate multiverses.
DC contains 52 universes (i trust i shouldn't post the proof because i think all people know that)
VERTIGO: it contains countless universes:

each mirror resembles a universe, and there are countless mirrors

this is also confirmed when we see an alternate version of cal, lucifer #39

WILDSTORM: it contains 196833 universes, planatery #1:

so she merged 3 multiverses 🙂 of course that doesn't take away from the fact that she had help.
also "all of creation" only = omniverse, if the context supports this (like in HoM wanda's case), otherwise it's generally referred to the universe or multiverse at most.

The "snowflake" exists in 196,833 space - but the actual number of alternate universes is ridiculously higher; the snowflake rotates, each of its elements rotating, and each rotation makes a number of universes equal to the number of atoms in the world (which a quick google search puts it in the 133,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 range), with each rotation making a new earth.

Suffice to say, it becomes unfathomable.
Rage is wrong, can we all agree to that? I doubt God would refer a universe as a creation when there are several mentions of DCnU being an omniverse. This is not a small god like Odin we're talking about.

that's irrelevant, not to mention luthor stated that he could have scattered superboy's consciousness to the farthest reaches of the omniverse.
We don't even know what the omniverse in DC means, is it multiple multiverses? probably not since DC has never even referenced multiple multiverses to my knowledge, marvel on the other hand has many references to the existence of multiple (even infinite) multiverses.
so even if you choose to believe that phantom stranger is omniversal (which he isn't, because i can give you various examples in which "all of creation" = 1 universe according to context) this doesn't mean anything as long as it doesn't have a definition.
