Alien X (Ben10) question?

If alien X was to be placed on the marvel/DC tiers thread, were would he be? Above odin? Above skyfather?

he only has really one notable feat, he made an exact copy of the entire universe/multiverse/omniverse an restored order.
An antagonist from the series also stated that if he had consumed the beings he would become an omnipotent being, bear in mind this antagonist wasnt powerful, at all, just a scientist

So were would alien x rank on the comic book hierarchy?
he can manipulate space/time/reality also, mere thoyghts become reality
imo, hes very high up there

If you take away the multiple personalities who must agree on something before they can take action, then yes, he'd be very powerful.

How powerful? Like marquis of death powerful?
