He says straight up, when asked for clarification, yes, because it is OmniLink, Link has the triforce.

Link had the Triforce from the beginning, it was a clarification. You have one more chance. How does Superman counter the Triforce?

We have never seen the complete Triforce within a person like we have seen the shards. So I'm not sure why we would assume Link can become a non-physical being like Ganondorf did.

Furthermore, if Superman knows what the triforce is he could pull a Daphnes and ask a wish before Link realizes what is going on.
