Bleach: Power Comparison Ichigo

As of the Fullbring Arc, Ichigo gets his new Zangetsu. I was wondering if he is anywhere near the power that he displayed when he completed his training with Tensa Zangetsu(The time when he has the long hair and zangetsu fused to his right hand and learned the Final Getsuga Tensho) or stronger.

He is not.

Who the **** knows. Power levels in Bleach are completely incomprehensible.

Yea, it's not at all consistent.

Probably supposed to be below Final form, but that's about all one can say.

Pretty much. Ichigo's powers scale with that of his opponent/villain.
