Rock Lee all gates open vs Luffy no gears

We've never seen all 8 gates open. If Lee gets stuff like Afternoon Tiger he could do some damage but ultimately blunt force is a bad match for a guy made of rubber.

So I'm gonna go with Luffy. 😮

Heat however, is effective. And attacks Morning Peacock and up are also heat-based.

Whether or not they can drop Luffy is another matter.

i do agree with luffy winning but blunt attacks, if enough force is put behind them can cause internal damage, thats what happends with lucci. kinda like an impact dial, or anything thats upsets your organs.
