King Thor due to exotic means (time control, BFR, etc). But he has to act quickly.

1. King Thor eye beams that melt Adam and cap sheild will but WBH down fast

2. King Thor, Headless WBH loses

No need for any super exotic powers

The collision feat in HOTM suggests that WBH is more durable than Cap's shield or Destroyer's armor. Unless you can provide me durability feats that tops that one.
