Team Gon has access to all feats from manga/anime & Team Sasuke is post Zabuza arc.

2. Team Sasuke post "Invasion of Konoha Arc"

3. Gon full power vs. full power Sasuke/Naruto during the "Sasuke Retrieval Arc"

Don't know about the first two, so I'll go ahead and say they stomp.

Anything before Shippuden and the naruto chars get hurt bad.

Killua is simply way too fast for them at that point and Gon can punch people to other countries.
