I don't think it's ever stated that Mace can only draw on a single entity's dark side energies.
Windu just harnessing Maul's power should be able to solo them, given that he is, in baseline, >= Dooku, who would have defeated RotS Anakin and Obi Wan together had it not been for the former's "in the zone" moment.

That's where A>B>C doesn't work. Dooku won't be force choking Maul with the ease he force choked Kenobi. And he certainly won't be kick slamming Opress half way across the room onto his rear.

Also, I'd point out that these brothers' forms, and with their being sith and all, aren't as suited to coordinating attacks as Obi Wan and Anakin.

Both Maul and Opress are > Kenobi in Force TK. How many times do they have to ragdoll Kenobi before they prove that. And how many more feats(above anything we've ever seen from Kenobi) do they need?

I agree in an all out ROTS Anakin and Kenobi >> Maul and Opress.
Problem against Dooku is Kenobi was taken out too easily by the Force. Whilst Maul and Opress are both Force beasts so will prove a much more difficult duo to seperate.
Remember Dooku just had the edge over Ventress and Opress in the episode "Witches of the Mist."
