Korra vs Po

Not to mention po has to cross a river, her native element.

Po's incredibly agile. He could easily scale some bamboo trees and leap to the other side. Especially if she starts hurling water spouts at him.

Solution: earthbending.

That's not really a solution as Po is a helluva lot faster than Korra is. She messes up a tree, he hops to another and keeps going until he can get across. Also any boulders thrown at him can be dodged or destroyed or even redirected.

Messes up a tree? She can level the foundation of them with it. She can do the same with firebending. As I said, environmental control.

Po is quick enough to dodge whatever she has, durable enough to endure glancing blows, and strong enough to utterly dominate her in h2h.

I'd say he wins, maybe 6-7/10.

Speed isn't much of a factor if Po can't see the airbending coming at him to dodge it.

It's clear that Airbending is visible as people dodge it.

In forum matches the opponents get basic knowledge of each other unless otherwise stated. He knows she's the Avatar and can manip the four elements.

And even if he didn't know, it's a large, visible gust of wind. He'd know enough to get out of the way, just like he would with a fire ball or a rock or a water spout.

And fyi, Po has more skills than most people in Avatar.

Versus thread rules dictate that each side has basic knowledge of the other side.

This would include knowledge of airbending.

How big is the river?

He's fought people who can throw fireballs and project energy. He's fought a fish who can manipulate water, etc, etc,...

He's fought enough people to know what to expect.

He also has powers of his own.

When did he fight a fish?

The Tv show. She was a master on par with Shifu and the others focused on in the show. But she was a lot faster than they were because her style focused on moving so fast she was invisible, striking, then hopping into another fish bowl.

I thought this was strictly first movie po?

I do concede that Po has more "outside" experience than Korra since she was caged up for most of her childhood.
But a little Earthbending or freezing should be able to immobilize Po regardless of his durability.
