Team 2 imo and i also agree with pym

We're using current versions. She isn't the most powerful on the field. Unless something changed.

Was her Telepathy drastically lowered?

I haven't followed her new book...

She's a good telepath and all, but Daredevil has stalemated her in AVX. She's not immune to TP anymore and Grifter is at least on the same level power wise. Although, I'd give Psylocke the edge in the skills department. TP wise. She can still be KO'd.

According to AvX Thing > Namor Underwater and Hawkeye can fight Archangel to a stand still...

She is an elite Omega lvl telepath with planetary range.

At best Grifter can defend himself but most of his team is instance gibbed, then its a numbers game.

I haven't seen her take out top soldiers of these class, unless you have an example. Grifter/Psylocke alone would be a good matchup. He has psychic defenses and a TP himself. He made Helspont cry out in pain and got the better of him.

Midnighter has pretty good TP resistance and I think kicks the shit out of pretty much everyone else.

I think Warblade is also good at resisting TP, because of his physiology. Same with Frankenstein.

I read 7 soldiers, beyond that I don't know much about Frankenstein. Warblade again is a character I know only a little about.

I think Midnighter and Wolverine is what it really comes down to.

Everyone here knows AE is class 15 and has super human every thing else right?
