Really no argument for the Jaegers.
The later Zords showed incredible agility like the SPD version. But the original Mega Zord should kill GD no probs.

Tommy could probably solo without the Dragonzord. He'd just hop into the cockpit and take out the people inside. He already did it to the Rangers once.
