I'd give Unknown Soldier over Widow with the upgrades he has gotten.

Hard to call, could go either way with them

Deadshot is faster and has better armor than Bullseye

Cain would beat Widow's ass in H2H

Unknown Soldier has regeneration

Onomatopoeia has insane durability, was shot numerous times by Ollie, fell off of a 7 story building and simply walked it off.

Bullseye is better than deadshot, not by much but he is imo bullseye in one of the best marksmen in comics
