Agent 47 vs Stevenson Punisher

Jigsaw hires 47 to hunt down take out the Punisher by any means necessary. Punisher gets word that an expert assassin has been hired to kill him, but doesn't get specifics on who. Both sides get 24 hours prep. Showdown in NYC. Who takes this?

So both know about each other in NY and decide to duke it out.

Difficult fight to assume.

If the fight takes place during Warzone then I see no reason why 47 doesn't get a few snipes on Frank.

Punisher. More ruthless, better stats, more weaponry, etc. only thing 47 has is skill. Castle would probably better utilize the prep too.
