Yeah, it was definitely just wrapped around her and not bound tightly at all. Clearly Supergirl didn't need to resort to that energy blast and could just wiggle her way free.
I'm not going to debate the intricacies of knot tightening techniques with you. The scan is clear, she bound Supergirl but with sufficient effort she got free. Deal with it.

Sir, you cannot be serious. Why in the hell would she loosely tie someone like Supergirl? And how can you question Wonderman as to how she tied up opponents with her own magic rope. She is the expert, NOT YOU. And remember, she is supposedly the most "skilled" D.C. character according to you all. Honestly, if you can't admit that the rope failed in this case, you really need to stop debating. On, and Hulk would snap that rope like a rubber band. Binding Hulk is one of the worse choices an opponent can make.

Lets use some common sense. Why would Wonder Woman tie Supergirl up with a loose rope when she admitted that Supergirl is as strong as her? Does that make any sense to you.? Provide a scan backing up your case.

Irrelevant question as there is no logical way to physically get out a rope without breaking it unless the rope wasn't tied well or at all. A knot gets tighter and not looser if you try to pull out.
Why didn't Spider-man use his bullet like speed or SS when a slow moving fist was coming at his head? Why didn't Superman use his light speed and reflexes to avoid a slow brick from hitting him? Why didn't WW use her millions of ton strength to prevent her attack being blocked by street levelers? Why didn't Gladiator use his planet busting power against almost everyone he fights. Why didn't Gladiator just throw Hulk into space instead of carry him? Why didn't Gladiator use his nanosecond reflexes when fighting Hulk or Thor? Why did Surfer just allow slow ass Thanos to walk up to hit and almost kill him with 7 hits? I can go on forever and ever and ever.
