Yeah, I have no idea what it could do, will leave that to smarter people than I.

It will have to be:

A: be able to negate the massive sped advantage Barry has; and
B: be durable enough to weather the initial attacks.

As it kills Celestials, I'm going to guess B is no problem.

unless barry vibrates the armor fast enough to ko Stark inside of it.... Not hit it but shake it fast enough that his brain rocked enough to pass out.
