Even if going by his meager appearance, H'el looks like he operates a notch above on avg..

What meager appearances did H'el have? I didn't really keep up with all the Superman books but one thing that I enjoyed was that H'el was always treated with respect as far as I saw. Benefits of more editorial oversight in DC then Marvel I guess.
