Odin, clearly.

But Uatu's head is so big, it's like a pillow that would cushion the blow! 😛

If you felt that it was, then maybe it is.

I am saying that an Elitle Sky Father can contend with a low level abstract and not get pushed around nearly as much as many people would like to believe. Uatu is well below Galactus imo. Odin did well against Galactus, perhaps even better than Uatu would have.

Galactus' origin story when Uatu supposedly first encountered him, and spewed some cryptic dark BS about how he could end his threat now while Galactus was in his first weak or infant state. Hope that helps.

I never questioned the What ifs validity or did I? No matter, it still does not cast doubt on how well Odin did against Galactus. I have trouble believing that Uatu would do any better, and his T-Bagging incident at the hands of Rulk didn't truly reduce my opinion of him either... uhm maybe a bit. I have a problem believing that Odin would have been that hard pressed to stop someone (Rulk) that his son defeated after their 2nd go round. Uatu on the other hand was water board flogged.

Odin gets my vote.

i wasn't talking about his origins story, i specifically said that i was talking about a what if battle.

here's the fight from what if v2 #41, their battle was universal in scale:

btw, odin's bio says that his power is on the same basic level as Uatu's. The problem with uatu is that he rarely engages in a fight, which is why he has lesser showings, but it doesn't mean he is less impressive than Odin, take fantastic four #400 for instance, when Uatu's battle with Aron was waged "across the infinite rivers of reality":

might as well be a multiversal battle.

They only crossed paths twice. Still favor Uatu

Top Celestials (Arishem etc) > Galactus > Watchers (Uatu etc) > Skyfathers (Odin etc).

(where X > Y means X is greater than Y)

I have yet to see any proof that makes Uatu greater than Odin.

I know that you brought up the What If, but that still does not negate Odin's showing against 616 Galactus. Uatu may have been on the same level as he always is, but that does not mean that the Galactus of that reality was. All the same, Odin should win, but I think that it would be very hard for him.

Actually it really is. Depending on what your looking for

i've typed things in and i know it exists but it fails to find it......and i know how to use it.

Maybe. All I know is, any time someone is complaining about it, I run a quick search and given them 5+ results pretty much every time. The numbers of times this has happened is probably in the hundreds by now.

nor shall you. 👆

this has been done so many times and it's always the same. there is no conclusive proof one way or the other. until it happens, all that can really be said is that their relative levels have always been portrayed/demonstrated/implied to be close. the battle could go either way. i'd take odin BECAUSE of his combat experience and displayed feats, but that is purely opinion. anyone stating to KNOW one is greater than the other is full of sh!t.
