When Thanos was recovering power he was way beyond the ability to mindlock as well from them.

But Thanos had Moondragon help to "meet" with Galactus in the Mental plane.

This Last is a God evidence, but I think Xavier, Nate Grey, Apocalypse + Exodus > Moondragon, cosmo and Mantis. And Magneto can Amp Xavier TP.

I think Thanos can survive some time to TP assault. Not sure if he can kill all of then in that time ( Magneto + Vulcan force field).

If the mutants fight like a team, I can see then having a good chance of winning. If not, they lose for sure.

Really ? Maybe the "rage" state of Thanos Helped him to mindlock? They said anything about that later ?

His mind wouldn't even respond to them though when his shield was up, and his natural defenses when he was getting more powerful kept them all out of his mind when he was angry. They can be more powerful sure, but to a point where they can completely bypass something those three couldn't even accomplish anything against?
That's two different defenses he has here, both are adequate.
lol at Apocalypse going for the mindrape though.

Apocalypse is the only one with the capability to really damage him unless Thanos opens up his psychic defenses for whatever reason. Vulcan also serves as an issue, but I doubt he can manipulate the power Thanos possesses considering he was overwhelmed by sun amped Havok.

However, when Thanos was at full power, they ran right away from him when he was about to lose it, and full Nova Force Nova and Cosmic Cube Starlord were left to stall him till the universe collapsed.

Nova "died" so you can well imagine how that went.

But This shield against TP is something that he always had, or is the result of his reborn + angry state ? Im not sure about it. Mantis said something is violating his pysychic field. Maybe This event is what is protecting his mind, and not his natural skills.

But, I agree, he should be able to fight, at least some time, before sentido down.
