Ser Gregor Clegane is probably stronger than Batman, and better able to take blows due to his natural durability and due to not feeling pain like a normal man does, but Batman is considerably faster and more skilled at hand to hand combat, so would probably beat him if both are unarmed unless Gregor could grapple Batman to the ground.
