I don't think that means that he personally killed them, its more likely that Tulak killed them and Khem fed on their life and remains afterwards. His codex entry says he's 'Powerful, cunning and ruthless enough to slay even the strongest Force users, Khem Val was trained as an elite assassin. After emerging from his long slumber, the Dashade is the very embodiment of death and destruction; a reminder that there are things even Sith and Jedi must fear.' and calls him 'A near-perfect killing machine' plus he's highly resistant to the Force.......
..... but the Sith Inquisitor still beats him right at the start of the game as an acolyte despite all that. He's clearly really ****ing good, but not 'beat 1000 jedi' good.
