Nah.

And Ventress is pretty much on par with Kenobi most the time.

Ashoka's the weak link here. Skywalker can't take on both Dooku and Ventress alone. Which is what will end up happening here. Remember, Dooku alone can dispose of Kenobi while fighting off Skywalker.
