Because in the page preceding the one I posted, Batman was handling Prometheus just fine (i.e. even before the tasering - and you're acting like his tasering him is something Tasky can't replicate).

Taskmaster could beat probably beat Daredevil but the dude is extremely cocky and arrogant and that lead to him getting hit by a car

However, Elektra did beat Taskmaster, even though it's an extremely low end showing for him, so is Prometheus and Cat Woman.

He's copied Midnighter. Midnighter hasn't existed Pre-Flashpoint in the DCU. Plus, cells that can dampen enhancements? Have we seen that?
